You'll receive payment weekly via your preferred method (bank transfer, mobile money, or cash pickup). Payment is processed every Friday for jobs completed the previous week.
You'll need a valid government-issued ID (National ID, Driver's License, or Voter's Card), a recent passport-style photo, and contact information for 1-2 references. Certificates are optional but helpful.
While experience is helpful, it's not required. We provide comprehensive training for all new cleaners, covering professional cleaning techniques, customer service, and safety protocols.
We understand emergencies happen. Please notify us at least 4 hours in advance if you cannot make a scheduled job. We'll reassign the job and work with you to reschedule. Frequent cancellations may affect your rating.
Yes! All new cleaners go through a free onboarding program that includes orientation, hands-on training, and a live assessment. We also offer ongoing skill refreshers and support.
